Introduction

Dr. Ravindra Nidoni is a renowned transplant surgeon with over 10 years of experience in the field of  GI Surgery and Liver Transplantation. He is known for punctuality, meticulous approach towards diagnosis and treatment, work ethics, and being true to his patients. He has trained and worked in eminent institutions throughout the country and has authored many scientific publications. During his training, he systematically analyzed the outcomes of liver transplantation in elderly patients and published it in an international journal regarding various approaches to improve their results. He also extensively studied and presented the experience of nearly 3000  living liver donor surgeries, their evolution, and innovations to benefit liver failure patients. Dr. Nidoni believes that with his extensive training and clinical experience, combined with his expertise in the principles and techniques of HPB and Liver Transplantation he is well-positioned to tackle even the most advanced liver diseases including cancers. Besides liver transplantation, he also performs GI surgeries with a special interest in liver resections for liver tumours and cholangiocarcinomas, pancreas tumour resection, gall bladder surgeries, shunt surgery for portal hypertension, complex stomach and intestinal surgeries.
