He has also worked as faculty in Psychiatry at his alma mater. Balancing traditional treatment using medications and therapy with modern cutting-edge techniques, Dr. Sachin believes in practicing a holistic approach towards managing common psychiatric disorders. He also promotes the use of mindfulness-based techniques in managing day-to-day stress and worries. A passionate teacher and a writer, he is also involved in delivering lectures and conducting national and zonal-level workshops that have been well received. His expertise involves mood and psychotic disorders, anxiety disorders, addiction medicine, and the management of stress and sleep problems.
