A one time registration fee would be applicable. The billing for the same would be done in the respective OPD’S. Individuals will be issued a registration number which is valid for all the services at the hospital.
Appointments for OPD can be booked through.
After the appointment is confirmed kindly be present 15 minutes prior to your appointment timing.
Sometimes there might be a slight delay in the appointment timing, kindly be patient us.
We also accommodate patients who come without booking an appointment ( walk in patient) however they may have a longer waiting time.
**It’s always advisable to book a prior appointment.
Billing is done in all the respective OPD’s.
For any further investigations, the patient is guided to the respective department.
Billing for investigations is done in the respective billing counter of the department.

Planned Admissions : Patients are admitted through doctor’s admission letter.
Unplanned Admissions : Patients who do not have the doctor’s admission letter need to go through the admission process at the respective IP Billing counter located at the first floor.
An intimation call will be made by the hospital on the day of admission and in case it is not received you are requested to confirm with the admission counter.
We accept Cash / DD / Debit cards / Credit cards of all major banks.
Patients are admitted either through doctor’s reference letter or CMO’s recommendation.
Foreign nationals/NRI failing to produce Passport & Visa/PIO can be denied admission.
The deposit amount will vary depending upon the type of accommodation. ( The type of accommodation can be selected at the time of Admission at the IP Billing counter)
The deposit amount has to be paid according to the rules, within 24 hrs in case of emergency.

The patient will be discharged once the doctor in charge authorizes the discharge.
The discharge process is initiated round the clock in the hospital.
An intimation for the discharge is sent to the billing department once the doctor authorizes the discharge after which the final bill is prepared.
On completion of the final settlement by the advocate, the billing department issues a ‘Pink Slip’ which has to be submitted to the Nurse on duty at the respective Nursing stations.
Depending on the type of payment (Cash/ Insurance) we try our best to ease the discharge process for you. Incase of Insurances which take longer, there is a lounge available where the patient will be moved to (depending upon the stability of the patient) with a doctor, bed & major services available.
The hospital serves well-balanced vegetarian meals. We strictly do not allow outside food.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol is not permitted within the hospital premises.
Mobile phones are not permitted in restricted areas of the hospitalAll medicines, consumables etc for the patient will be provided by the hospital, no outside medicine or consumables are permitted to be brought.
Patients are advised not to carry cash or wear or keep any jewellery during their hospitalization. The hospital is not responsible for any kind of loss.
