1. Kindly download the form from the embassy portal
2. Original Passport ( if submitted to the Embassy, an acknowledgment from the embassy is required to be produced.)

1. The form is issued at the immigration counter

Guidelines
 

• Kindly call 080 66214444 to book your slot.
• Original Passport is mandatory for all Countries.
• South Korea and the UK - the acknowledgment is provided the same day if done within 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
• South Korea and the UK - The report and certificate can be issued on the same day by 4 pm, provided the process has been completed before 12 PM
• Canada / Australia & New Zealand - the acknowledgment takes about 7-10 business days. The records are uploaded to the respective embassy sites
• Canada and New Zealand - Acknowledgment will be provided on the same day
• Canada / Australia & New Zealand - Reports will be submitted to the embassy portal directly by us in 7-10 days
• In case, if the passport is submitted to the visa office/embassy. Kindly bring an acknowledgment for the same. Also, carry a passport copy and any original document like Aadhar Car and Driving license.
